Service Agreement

Beautiful Texas Lawns Service Agreement

1. Introduction: This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Beautiful Texas  Lawns, located at 7510 Hornwood Drive #1102, Houston, Texas 77036 (“Company”), and the  customer (“Customer”). By using the Company’s lawn care services, the Customer agrees to the  terms outlined in this Agreement. 

2. Services Provided: The Company agrees to provide lawn care services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, and blowing, based on the service frequency selected. 

3. Payment Terms: 

Payments will be processed automatically either after each service is completed or on the  first of every month if customer chooses to pay monthly using the payment method  provided. Monthly price is calculated by multiplying the price of one service times the  number of yearly services then dividing that number by 12 moths. The reason is that not  every month has the same exact number of days  

4. Recurring Payment Authorization: By signing up for service, the Customer authorizes the  Company to charge the Customer’s selected payment method on a recurring basis, based on the  selected service frequency, until canceled per the termination clause in this Agreement. 

5. Customer Responsibilities: 

Customer must ensure access to the lawn on scheduled service days. Customer is responsible to make sure payment method is active and not expired. Customer is responsible to notify  company of any issue that the customer is not satisfied with 

6. Dissatisfaction & Resolution Guarantee: 

If the Customer is dissatisfied with the service, the Customer must notify the Company in  writing describing the issue.  

The Company guarantees to take all reasonable steps to correct the issue within 10 days of receiving the written notice.  

If the Company fails to reasonably correct the issue within this period, the Customer may  terminate this Agreement by serving a written notice of termination.  

7. Termination Clause:Customer may cancel services at any time if dissatisfied with a 30 day  written notice and according to clause #6 Dissatisfaction & Resolution Guarantee” provided the  Customer sends a written dissatisfaction notice and company failed to reasonably correct the issue. 

8. Acknowledgment & Agreement: By using the Company’s services, the Customer agrees to the  terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. No physical signature is required, as acceptance is  indicated by the Customer’s continued use of services and agreement during the online sign-up. 

9. Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.  Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or an update on the Company’s website. 

10. This agreement shall continue indefinitely until either party terminates according to the terms  of the termination clause. 

11. Confidentiality agreement. While we guarantee 100% satisfaction, we understand that in some rare cases, some customers might never be satisfied no matter what we do. Therefore, if the  company challenges any customer allegations, those allegations can not be considered facts. 

Therefore, customer agrees to keep all allegations strictly confidential and not post any allegations  that have not been determined to be facts by a court of law in any platforms such as google, yelp,  including but not limited to social media platforms such as nextdoor, facebook, etc., Furthermore,  by using our service, customer agrees to accept a 1% TOS discount as additional consideration for  customer’s pledge of confidentiality.
